The international Executive Master of Finance and Control Programme is a joint venture of Universiteit Maastricht and the Universiteit van Amsterdam. It prepares for two degrees: the Dutch oriented Chartered Controller degree (RC Registered Controller - as well as CC) and the Internationally oriented Executive Master of Finance and Control degree (EMFC). Graduates of the programme are entitled to be listed in the register of the VRC (Vereniging van Registercontrollers: Association of Chartered Controllers) and hence bear the RC (Register Controller) title within the Netherlands as well as the CC (Chartered Controller) title within the international arena. Independent of whether or not listed in the VRC-register, graduates are allowed to bear the title Executive Master of Finance and Control (EMFC).
A typical participant will have more than 2 years of experience in a financial function within a medium or large-sized business unit of an international corporation.
